Making Housing More Affordable

Owning a home has become increasingly difficult for many families. Young adults are delaying homeownership, seniors are struggling to remain in their homes, and working families often find themselves priced out of the communities they love.

As a Realtor, I've seen these challenges firsthand. I believe DuPage County should work with municipalities, developers, and community organizations to encourage responsible housing growth, expand attainable housing options, and remove unnecessary barriers that drive up costs. We can support economic growth while preserving the character of our neighborhoods.
